Details of the payment method
We only collect this information so that we can fulfill your order with us. Your email address and telephone number(s) will be stored in case there’s a problem with your order and we need to get in touch with you. We will only share this information with our third party delivery / courier business in order to complete your order.

By registering with us or becoming a member, you are agreeing to allow us to contact you with offers that may be relevant to you. This will usually be through a newsletter sent to your email address. If you don’t want to receive this information, you can unsubscribe through the email itself, or by logging into your Whittery account. We will never pass on your information to a third party, unless it’s necessary to fulfill your order, such as the courier company we use to deliver the goods to you.

We take security of your personal details very seriously. Your information will be stored securely on a dedicated server, which we believe to be well protected and in a secure environment.
Accessing Your Account
After you complete a purchase with us, you’ll be asked if you’d like to set up an account. You can use your user name and password to log into your account and access your information. There, you can update, delete and amend your information. We’ll send you details of your order once we’ve received it. Details of your recent orders can also be found in your customer login.
Choosing a Secure Password
When you create an account with us, it’s important that you choose a safe password, and that you update it regularly. Your password should be more than 8 characters, and should contain a mix of letters and numbers, and upper and lowercase letters. Try to avoid using something that could be easily guessed, like your name or your pet’s name.
