Although we hope you'll love your new items, we understand that you may wish to return goods to us, so we've made our Returns Policy simple and easy to use.

Once your courier has picked up the goods, it can take 1-3 days for them to arrive back at our site. Then, our returns department processes the goods, and the details will be passed through to our Accounts Department, who will refund your card. Or, if you paid through PayPal, your PayPal account will be credited. Due to the banking process, it can take 3-5 days for the funds to appear in your account.

You’ll receive a courtesy email once your refund has been completed, confirming that your refund has been processed.

Returns

Whittery like to make returns as easy as possible. When selecting products, we look at both quality and value for money, so that our customers feel content with their purchase. However, we do understand that you may wish to return or exchange an item. You can find out how the whole process for UK returns works below.

How to Return Items

  1. Give To arrange a return, simply call or email us, and we’ll be in touch
  2.  Pack up your items

Please return your items in an unused, unassembled condition. You can find out how to assemble a bar stool using instructions provided with your item. Don’t worry about putting our address on the box; the courier will have a pre-printed label for your items.

  3. Arrange collection with a courier

 DPD courier offer a very good collection service, though many other couriers are available to pick up the items on a day that suits you. Please note- we’re unable to collect items. You’ll get a text or an email from DPD. This will let you know your 1 hour collection slot, so that you won’t need to wait in all day.

  4. We'll process your refund

Once we’ve received your items we’ll process your refund straight away. It can sometimes take your bank up to 14 days to clear the funds.

Faulty & Damaged Items

We’re really sorry if you’ve received a faulty or damaged item. Please give us a call, and we’ll resolve the problem at no extra cost to you. If you let us know the problem before 2pm, we’ll try our best to despatch replacement items to you the same day, which means that you should receive them the following working day.

Changed Your Mind?

Don’t worry if you’ve had a change of heart, we totally understand, and it won’t affect your statutory rights to cancel. Give us a ring within 14 days of receipt for a full refund one  the items have returned. Details of exceptions to this be found in our terms and conditions page and should be taken in to consideration before making a purchase.
